Beechley Drive supports eight people with learning disabilities and past or present mental health problems. The service comprises of two separate units with four people living in each. Our aim is to provide individuals with the best quality of life possible whilst integrating everyone into the community to lead a life that is as independent as possible given their needs and abilities.
Beechley drive ensures quality care and support at all times by providing a high, well-trained staff ratio 24-hours a day. The service is led by a Service Manager with the support of a Deputy Manager, experienced Senior Support Workers and Support Workers. The team is structured to ensure those who use our service are supported in such a way as to promote their independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. Everyone is encouraged to participate in meetings promoting self advocacy and empowerment in a supportive environment.
Beechley Drive also has the support of a multi disciplinary team made up of professionals within the community in addition to the in house clinicians.
