The home is presented across two floors with a passenger lift and stairs providing access to the first floor. Resident's accommodation consists of sixteen single occupancy bedrooms all of which provide toilet en suite facilities with fourteen also providing showers as well. Assisted bathroom facilities are also provided with specialist bathing equipment as necessary. There are two communal lounge areas and a dining area. The residents can also access a well maintained and secure garden area.
The homes literature states that The ethos of the home is to provide "A Home from Home culture ensuring that the Residents are cared for as individuals in the way they wish to be cared for".
